Transformation
Henry’s transformation relic is a golden pin. It looks like a large sewing needle, three and a quarter inches long, with the eye of the needle replaced by a red stone resembling a drop of blood. Henry usually wears it pinned just on the inside of his jacket or labcoat, or inside the collar of his skirt when he isn’t wearing a jacket.
To transform, Henry pierces his right hand with the pin (usually on the palm) and says the phrase, “My blood is Mictlan.” Red light quickly spreads from the pinprick, turning Henry into a silhouette of red energy. Tendrils emerge, solidifying in the shape of his bone armor. The red energy recedes beginning at his fingers and toes, revealing his fuku as it does. His pin expands into the form of a knife. The red energy recedes into his torso cavity and his transformation is complete. In total, it’s about nine seconds.

Powers
Blood Letting - Mictlan slices his right palm with his knife while declaring “Your blood is mine!” to his target. The target begins to bleed, first a small trickle emerging from somewhere, then another trickle, and another, until blood is trickling down dozens of places on the body. It isn’t painful, but it is freaky -- basically, the pores of your skin start to seep blood without any actual wound inflicted. The actual duration of the seepage is about fifteen seconds.
Mictlan can easily use this ability three times per day. The more times he uses it on a target, the bloodier they become. If he uses it three times on the same target, the target ends up looking like Carrie and becomes lightheaded from blood loss. Mictlan can use it a fourth time, but doing so exhausts him noticeably (and there is no additional benefit to targeting the same person four times). He only needs to say “Your blood is mine” one per target; for subsequent attacks, he needs only intone, “Bleed!” while making the cut.
This power mainly serves to disorient and freak out the enemy, but blood also has the benefit of being slippery, making it hard for a target to hold on to things and creating a chance they might slip and fall. Note that it is the blood of the targeted senshi, not magic blood, so a target will likely have to find someplace to wash up after battle.Mictlantecuhtli’s Knife - Mictlan is armed with an 11-inch knife. The blade is chipped flint, broad and flat in shape, comprising six inches of the knife’s overall length. The blade extends into a wooden hilt, a small portion of which is visible at the base of the blade. Most of the wood is hidden, first by a brief section of tightly-wrapped twine, then by a decorative mosaic of colored stone chips. Most of the chips are bone-white, with scattered teal, green, yellow, and red chips to match the other colors of Mictlan’s fuku.

Fuku
The word that most accurately sum up Mictlan’s fuku is “terrifying.” He is covered in black body paint, except for his fingertips and toes, which are painted white. The top half of his face is covered by a partial human skull mask. It extends up to the top of his head, leaving the back of his head uncovered save for a bone-white strap keeping the partial skull in place. The bottom half of his face is painted to resemble the lower half of the skull. His eyes are filled with blood and faintly glow from within the eye sockets of his mask.
The top of the skull has a teal-colored rim with three white and red discs, one disc at the very top of his head, and one on either side. The discs are Mictlan’s symbol: a circle with the top two thirds white, the bottom third yellow, and a smaller white circle in the center. (They have a passing resemblance to upside-down Pokéballs.) A half-circle yellow fin sits perpendicular to the rim, adorned with seven equally-spaced dark green feathers.
Mictlan’s collar is V-shaped and thick. (The outline resembles the traditional sailor fuku collar, minus the plunging neckline/cleavage.) At the top, it is almost totally encircled by a set of corpse hands curving around Mictlan’s neck. The hands are painted red with white fingertips. The collar is yellow on the inside (which is mostly covered by the hands), with a thin band of dark green in the middle, and finally a broad band of fringed teal. The collar has two discs on it: one between the fingertips of the hands, and one just below, along the collar’s bottom edge. The back of the collar is rounded.
Moving downward, Mictlan has partial bone armor resembling an external ribcage. There are four ribs in total. The top rib curves over Mictlan’s pectorals and under his arms to an external bone spine around the back. The second rib connects to the first in the middle of his chest, then curves under his pectorals and around to the spine. (The connection of the ribs in front is reminiscent of a front bow.)
The third and fourth ribs are filled-in with the same yellow material as the fin of Mictlan’s mask and set further apart, leaving a hole front and center on Mictlan’s torso. Rather than exposing his flesh, the central part of Mictlan’s body is a hollow cavity. Inside rests a pulsing red object reminiscent of a two-petaled flower hanging downward -- an Aztec representation of the heart. It beats as a heart does and glows faintly, like Mictlan’s eyes. The yellow filling of the third and fourth ribs form the sides of the cavity. The top and bottom are filled with a damp, dark, spongy material, soft to the touch.
A bone rim rounds out the bottom of the torso hole and also acts as the upper barrier of Mictlan’s skirt. Set on the bottom edge of this bone are a golden ring and four strips of red cloth knotted to resemble a double bow. The ring is about five inches in diameter. Mictlan’s skirt is patterned with a wide band of white at the top, then a narrow band of dark green, and finally a medium band of fringed teal. (The dark green and teal sections being the same as his collar.) The skirt is angled, forming a lightly curved V shape in front. The skirt extends roughly the same length as the classic fuku skirt, meaning it’s on the short side. Beneath his skirt, Mictlan has a traditional Aztec loincloth, red in color with green edges.
Mictlan’s forearms and and shins are covered by bone armor vambraces and greaves. Both the vambraces and greaves feature bone matching Mictlan’s rib cage decorated with rounded insets that give the bone-colored sections a contour resembling a classic long bone. The insets are yellow in color with red edging. The vambraces also feature spurs by the wrist: more of Mictlan’s signature disc shape, one on each vambrace, set along the outside of the wrist.
Lastly, Mictlan wear traditional Aztec sandals. These have a teal rope around the ankle which secures paired red flaps to the top of Mictlan’s feet. The flaps have an inch-tall white strip at the bottom. The heel and sole of the sandal is white.
