Personality
Misoki is a born explorer. Eager and honest, she constantly seeks to help others. She has an optimistic, make-the-best-of-it nature. While her penchant for following her instincts can land her in trouble, her healthy respect for local traditions and ritual keeps her from serious danger. She is often very blunt when dealing with others. She is strong-willed, but never capricious or thoughtless.
History
Like all Wandren, Misoki was born with a matched twin, Kikero. They were inseparable in their early years, but as different as night and day. They grew apart when Misoki's wanderlust started to conflict with Kikero's attachment to home.
While wandering, Misoki rescued n'Barit in the Wilds and led him back to the Many Worlds. Misoki was intrigued by the Many Worlds, but returned home to her people. Then, an oracle gifted her with a dream of her future mate and she recognized her mate to be a humanlike male, so after the war ended, Misoki returned to the Many Worlds to try and find the male in question.
As Wandren mate only once and for life, Misoki approached the task of finding her mate very seriously, with caution and patience. Initially, she had trouble telling the human males apart, but as she familiarized herself with them, she found two that reminded her of her dream: Tuthau and Iuri. Her twin Kikero began to pressure Misoki to hurry up her search so they could complete their transition from juveniles to adulthood and determine their adult genders. Unfortunately, Tuthau and Iuri had opposite sexual orientations, so Misoki was faced with a conundrum. If she chose her adult gender wrongly, she risked alienating her future mate.
